Funkuncle directs commercial, very un-commercial, or music-based film work.

Funkuncle is a Melbourne-based film + music project led by film director and musician, Edward J. Funkuncle (Jr).

Blurring the lines between traditional filmmaking and cutting-edge A.I. shenanigans, Funkuncle takes years of commercial experience, story crafting, reality-bending, dream-weaving, piss-taking, and shit-mongering, cooking it all into art-based mind-cakes.

Funkuncle sees A.I. as a tool to be used, sometimes fully embracing the grotesque, surrealist, artificially sweetened vortex of A.I., and other times running away as fast as possible to build something out of wool and sticks. As A.I. threatens to take away our humanity, Edward. J Funkuncle hopes to force-feed humanity back into A.I.
