This role is full time and diverse and requires a minimum of two years as a Production Manager in the Film industry — this role will also be based at our Sydney office.
Main Duties:
Responsibilities
- To Co-ordinate and help on all jobs big and small, be willing to learn and grow.
- To assist the Producers by production managing a job start to finish.
- Book crew, negotiate rates, call sheets, PPM documents and the required admin on a job-to-job basis.
- Ballpark bidding, helping out the EP’s and producers for any required needs.
- Create, control and reconcile the budgets in line with the FINCH process and in a timely manner.
- To be competent with the Showbiz budgeting software.
- Develop trust and strong relationships with our Producers and suppliers.
- Maintain strong leadership skills and enthusiasm towards the final deliverable.
- Sound knowledge of how to run a production schedule and budget.
Who are we?
We are a film production company. We work across all facets of the industry including commercials, television, film and music videos. We make documentaries, live experiences, TV commercials, feature films and digital content. We hold several patents and actively develop and licence products, innovations, and inventions that push the boundaries of conventional storytelling.
